Premium 450 no longer unlocks on-sale listing for UGC clothing.
Without Premium, you can still design and buy personal IEC items in Drip Lab. Those purchases are permanent and non-transferable.
Alternative path: use ObbyOne Publish Service for assisted listing workflow if you do not want direct marketplace operations.
